This is the Wrong Item
The computer advertised is the HP Envy 360 which has a folding screen like a tablet. The laptop they are selling is not`the 360 with the folding screen. I'm going to work with their return policy to see what can be done.

I think I got a lemon computer please help
I cannot open files from a memory stick I cannot download Files and open them up from a zipI cannot drag and drop from a memory stick or an email I can only open what came with the computer when I bring my work into the computer it won’t open when I double click or click open it tries to open and it doesn’t I cannot reset it to factory it sits all night nothing happens my windows 10 is out of support I’ve been in the hospital for the last month just started working on this computer and I bought it for work because IHave a 2012 HP that was crashing running Windows 7 I need windows 10 for QuickBooks my 2012 works better than my brand new computer that I just bought from you and it is my work computer I cannot transfer all my files from my old computer to my new computer because they won’t open I just need to reset it to factory and I will be happy or swap it for a new one please respond and let me know my stepsI need this computer for work all I can do is open emailIt went out of support I believe May 11 I don’t know why it’s acting like this I have another 2013 laptop running windows 10 it works fine I just like the envy that I bought from youBecause I was messing around with it at Walmart and it worked fine with a warranty what is my warranty
