I used this generator for literally 2 hours and then the problems started. The auto start/stop function no longer works and i tried contacting Ecoflow who advised to update the firmware. That didn’t work either so basically the “smart” function is out of the window and what i end up with is an overpriced 1800 w generator that i need to manually start every time. Horrible experience so far and countless attempts with the product support team.

You cannot operate it remotely, so the application becomes useless.- There are other alternatives, such as using it as an standalone generator, which are much cheaper- Noisy- Expensive- For now, I do not recommend this as a standalone generator .Pros- DC output for other EcoFlow products- Wi-Fi accessible- If you own an Eco Flow product, such as a Delta Mix or Delta Pro, this generator is for you, even though the cable between the generator and the battery is 5 meters. In this case, the generator is considered close to you and produces an annoying sound.
