These seats are great quality, especially for the price. I ended up buying 3 total to replace all of the seats in my house. They are easy to install and the soft close is awesome!

They sent the wrong size but Retuned with not too much trouble. Got the right size and quality is good. Does not slam and seems durable.

Exactly as advertised. Installation is a breeze, have read other peoples reviews about cracking. Heaviest person in our household is 180lbs so no issues there. Have 4 of these installed throughout the house. The plastic hardware to install seems a bit flimsy, but 1+ years in they are still holding strong.The only small gripe I have about them is that 2 of the 4 I got came with minor blemishes. Nothing that would make me return them, but they were there.

These are quality toilet seats. Had one for years so we got another for another bathroom. Only odd thing is it closes VERY slowly. Not sure if there is a setting to help that but overall love these seats.

This Bemis seat replaces a vintage Bemis seat that was about 40 years old. This unit is nicer than the original. The slow close hinge looks much better than the original, and the slow close feature works well.USA-designed and assembled.I love the color, fit, stability of the unit. Easy to install, I would definitely recommend and would buy it again.

I've purchased two of these seats. Both cracked in less than six months. I've had cheap $20 seats last ten years.

I would rather have been able to get a BEMIS 19170NISL with Nickel hinges, primarily because it had a quick installation feature. That was no longer an option since Bemis was acquired by Mayfair. However, this product gets a rating of 5 from me because in my opinion it is the best now available. Other reviewers complain about the lid and seat being slow to close, but it works smoothly in both opening and closing. I can't tolerate side to side movement resulting in having to continually having to center the seat back into position. This one does not have any side to side sliding left to right.

The basics first - super easy to install and a perfect fit. The seat arrived with no flaws in the finish etc. Beyond that, I have been extremely pleased, and surprisingly impressed, with the design and quality of construction. The underside of the seat is curved so any 'issues' you have remain in the bowl and don't spread outward under the seat. The top of the seat is concave as well and helps make cleaning a snap. The placement of the supports under the seat are perfect and do not create bows are weak spots in the seat.The central hinge includes a section that appears to be ceramic in thickness and appearance, although I gather it is a plastic. It's a very nice touch and adds to the overall quality of the product. The seat as a whole feels very sturdy, solid, and well worth the cost. The slow closure function works perfectly Now we shall see if it holds up to basic use.
