For me, 362 days a year are bad hair days. I have very fine hair, and not enough of it. Mine is chin-length right now. I have had hair extensions (FYI) at 800.00 per 3 months, and let me tell you, this is the way to go! The first day I clipped this pony in, I received just 30 minutes before walking out the door. My hair was already "done" and I didn't want to ruin in by trying the pony, but I did anyway as it was a really humid day and I knew I'd be ticked off 10 minutes out the door. BOOM! Transformation complete! It was/is soooo easy, and the compliments I got from friends that night were amaz-balls. All I did was take it out of the package, brush it out a bit and done. If you have concerns like I did about the claw staying in all day, give it a try. I flip my short hair upside down and then grab as much hair possible to clip on to. For me, it's not heavy at all...in fact I like the feel of a really full ponytail (which I can never grow).Note: I'm guessing this thing will not last more than 6 months-ish if you're going to use it like I apparently am. I already bought a second as this one will "wear out" eventually. Again, I paid thousands foolishly for extensions just to get shoulder-length volume, so trust that I know the pain of crappy hair.Last for blondes: I bought the blonde mix and the bleach blonde (returning). The mixed blonde matches my hair perfectly even though I have roots now. My hair is high/low lights in a blonde/caramel mix. The bleach blonde is really solid in color and looked really one-note to me.

Took me a few times to figure out that my own hair needs to be in a low ponytail because this is really high- it will take some adjusting, but the hair is a really pretty gray blend. I’m starting to let my natural gray come in and I think this is gonna work good.

So as far as quality, it is nicely made, a lot of hair and a very sturdy clip. My cons are, not a great description of the color. I ordered gray mix tray H126. It is a grey mix, but not any I've seen naturally. It reminds me of the grey pewter that a hair dye would create., especially the white portions, it's a little more realistic toward the top. I would say it is a black and pewter. The lightest pewter portion has a sort of a purple tint very, very light purple. You notice it if you have it in good lighting up against a true white. My last con is that it's a bit shiny towards the bottom, but I think if the color is right for you, you could remedy it with a dry shampoo to dull it.

Get one! I was very skeptical this ponytail extension was going to look even semi-realistic, but for this super inexpensive price I was willing to give it a try. I purchased for theatre, so I figured even if it looked okay on stage it was worth the $14. But it looks really good up close, too! Bonus! I may even wear this for an evening out, not just for a costume. The color is hard to match from the online photos and I did have to return the first one I bought. My hair is difficult to match because I have blonde highlights and reddish lowlights. Natural hair is a medium reddish brown. I ended up with the "Brown Blonde mix H95_33H27" and I don't think I could get any closer match with a hairpiece unless it was custom dyed. I think it looks great. The texture is nice; it shines, but not too much. If you grab onto it, you can tell it's synthetic, but overall it's soft and nicely waved. I'm attaching a photo so you can see how well this blends. The piece has several different colors, just like my own hair. So if you look at my bangs and then the rest, I think it blends extremely well. The claw clip is nice and strong. I have a lot of natural hair, about shoulder length, but it's fine textured. So my normal ponytail is pretty skimpy. This really beefs it up! If you're on the fence about this product, I'd encourage you to try one. You sure can't beat the price.

I bought med brown in August or July 2021. It was beautiful, great color and quality. Matched my hair color.. The hair was thicker and fuller than I expected. I wondered if it would look good on me. My own hair is fine, although I use volume building products. But it looked great coupled with back combing the front of my ow hair to create a full look. One reason I love clip on ponytails is I love theme parks. So it's helpful to not only have a quick and easy hairstyle in the morning but to also have hair that is no muss, no fuss all day. This pony held up during rides on fast coasters and I looked pretty all day. I loved the length and got very used to the fullness. At first it seemed to shiny, but that's typical fir synthetic hair.A synthetic clip on pony that is used often begins to look worn out with time and this one was no different. After a year it was fraying at the bottom and a few hairs would come out if I combed it (used a wide tooth comb). It looked natural but unhealthy as if I was in bad need of a conditioning treatment and cut.. I really like it and wanted to replace it with the exact same thing.. Unfortunately, the one I ordered in November 2022 was much thinner. It looked like a different hairpiece because there just wasn't the same amount of hair. I could even see through the bottom layer. I returned it. I have considered reordering, but don't know if I will. If you order and end up with something that looks a bit skimpy, I'd encourage you to return and reorder. There is no charge for returning. The first one I bought looked as advertised and the second one did not.

Good value for a decent clip-in ponytail...This particular pony is great for foiled and mixed colored hair strands. However, I ended up returning because I needed a little lighter for my natural hair...
