After having these for approximately 2 weeks, I'm a little disappointed. I bought them to assist with my Achilles tendinitis, which they do have a high heel and help with that, but the material used on top of the insole, which is what your foot sits on, is rough and isn't real comfortable. If you're looking for an insole with a high heel, these absolutely have a high heel, but keep in mind it may take some time to break them in.

Not what I expected at all. I thought they would be soft gel inserts. Instead, they were hard blue plastic. Didn’t do anything for comfort; maybe barely added to support, but not noticeably enough. I sent them back.

There light and super comfortable, just wish I’ve bought like 7 of these because every time I switch shoes I take these gel soles out and stick in every boot, sneaker, these would definitely make your feet happy
