Owned about three month with daily outdoor use. Works well for locking bike and frame. Would buy again.

Function and Quality
The bike lock is just as described in the picture and it has a push button on the side that makes it easy to mount and dismount from your bike so it is very useful. I use this product on my schwinn mountain bike successfully

Slightly smaller than advertised
Seems like good quality but I worry about its thin stature. It makes me think it could be cut by a strong pair of scissors.

GREAT customer service!
Bought the 2-pack of these for my kids to use when riding their bikes to school. My kids really like them - sturdy, easy to use and attach to bike (kids are 8 and 10 years old). One of the two locks developed a problem with the mechanism a few weeks into the school year (past the amazon return date). I reached out to the company to ask if they'd consider replacing it and they responded within a day and happily agreed to send me a new one at no charge (not even shipping!). In addition, they asked if they could set the combination and test it for me prior to shipping to make sure it was up and running! Impressive!

CANNOT TRUST this lock to reopen !!!
If I could give this a zero star I would! My husband and I bought these locks on December 1 for our E-bikes. It is now February 21. We went for our very first bike ride away from home ,unlocked our bike locks so that we could hook up our bikes to a bike rack. Came back and the lock would not open !!!. I had the correct combination, but it would not open. We had to call friends, get bolt cutters and cut the lock off. I am thoroughly disgusted with this bike lock. Of course I am just a few weeks past my warranty to return. Do not buy this bicycle lock ,you could get stranded just like I did, and not be able to get your bike unlocked.

This is a great "Cable Lock"
This Cable Lock is beautifully designed, easy combination device, tough as nails, has a mounting fixture to place on bike frame, 3-wheel scooter or 4-wheel electrical wheelchair. This device coils up tight, connects to the included "frame holder" device, which is almost tamper proof itself. I chose to buy 2 of these cable systems and was surprised to learn they CONNECT TOGETHER beautifully in case there's a distance problem to reach a pole, bike rale, or whatever. THIS DEVICE IS EASY TO SET YOUR COMBINATION AS WELL.MUST HAVE FOR THEFT PROTECTION!
