Yes it will and transfers the data to the app once connected again.

Q: Does this tracker monitor rowing as an activity?

No it doesn't. The app has a bit where you can add exercise manually running , rowing ect ,. Time , duration distance.

Q: Does it connect with strava? does it connect with amazfit app )zepp)?

Yes it is with Strava but not sure about Amazonfit
