I guess it’s my mistake I should of gotten the all foam roller, this is way to hard for me, maybe works on bigger strong people but definitely not for the weak

This foam roller is very stiff and sturdy. For some this may be too stiff and hard, but I have found it helps me stretch and massage some areas that other foam rollers have not been able to. I also like the size. My daughter has enjoyed rolling on a few times when her back has been stiff and it has been able to help her stretch and loosen things up.

I have a lot of issues with my muscles. I am hypermobile and high anxiety. I tend to tense up all my muscles but then can't stretch them back out because my connective tissue stretches instead. There are ways to get it done but I normally need the help of several tools. This roller is hard on the inside and has some very stiff foam on the outside. It is similar to one I was using in therapy which is why my physical therapist recommended I get one to continue my stretches at home. The foam roller works great. It helps me get the stretches I need and sometimes even cracks my back. It is super sturdy and easy to move around. It also stands on end for easy storage between uses. The price of 59.99 seems expensive but it works so I am not complaining.

I love using these rollers! I have one already so I was purchasing the MICRODRY Deluxe Fitness Foam Roller to gift to my son but not anymore. I’m keeping it for myself! LolI like this one better than the other. Its surface is smooth so it rolls and glides smoother. This one is hollow which I like better. Overall, compared to the other, it just feels better.I love using these rollers because they help to relieve the pain in my neck and upper back from working too long at the computer. They also have helped to relieve the pain in another sensitive area of my back that was caused from a car accident that I had been in some 30+ years ago. I can also feel my core and abs being strengthened too. But what I like the most about using a roller is they crack my back and that feels so dang good!

This was a really nice lightweight foam roller. I like the flat surface ones when I need an even muscle rollout. I was surprised by how pretty sturdy it was for being lightweight because of the hallow core. The rounded edges makes it easier to not poke at my side. The short length of it makes it easier to transport this roller and it makes it easier to position it to target certain muscle groups.
