My remote has definitely taken some wear in the course of nearly a year of use. Often I’d lose it between my bed and the adjacent wall, frustratingly recovering it each time with a fresh scuff mark. I even managed to completely submerge it in a glass of water when it became dislodged from my comforter, which I was straightening. Thankfully it recovered after a thorough drying process, and I didn’t have to keep the replacement I’d purchased, but I’d already decided it really needed some extra protection. The SIKAI case slides on and off with ease, but still grips the remote securely. The silicone is slightly textured which keeps the remote from sliding about on a variety of surfaces. I opted for the luminescent blue which makes locating the remote very easy whether you’re watching TV at night, or have the lights dimmed for a movie theatre experience. I personally don’t use the wrist lanyard, but this might be good for wee ones who have throwing tendencies or people with motor control issues. I definitely recommend this case for protecting your pricey smart TV remote.

Ok. I was skeptical, but I needed something to cover my remote that my Great Dane decided looked like a chew toy. The remote was fine, but had gashes and divots that wound up being sharp and annoying to the touch. The SIKAI was perfect. So perfect, I bought two; one for the mauled and mangled, and the other for the one in my office. They make the remote easy to grip with no slip, and it rarely ever slides into the crevice of the seat cushions because it isn't so slippery! The strap is kind of handy as well. Well worth the money spent!

I would recommend getting this because it fits like a glove and seems to have quality!

So I had a Samsung BN59-01220A Remote Control that fell onto tile & got so jarred that I need a new controller. Apparently the Samsung BN59-01220A & the BN59-01220E are effectively identical. Anyhow. I had to order a new controller, so I got a BN59-01220E along with this protector cover. Unfortunately I guess this particular model is thicker than most others? I don't know, but I do know that the back end slips in really tight (which I suppose is good), but the front, while I can kinda get a left or right corner into the cover, if I try to get both in it just slips right out. Basically I think the controller needs more lip around the button cut-out to latch onto the remote.I'll probably keep the remote shoddily shoved as much into this cover as I can, as opposed to having no cover at all, bothering to throw money at getting another different cover, or getting a refund. I reckon I'll go ahead and give it an order (I really didn't want to dabble with trial and erroring a bunch of different covers, but this order page specificall lists my model). If you happen to have the same model remote as me, I suggest you follow suit.TLDR: Not all BN59 remotes fit the same! More research may be necessary to get the correct cover for your remote!

I ordered this case for my Samsung remote that came with MU8000 TV. This case fits the remote perfectly and does a good job of giving a little protection and grip to the remote. This case also glows in the dark based on how much light it absorbs. I tried with my phone flash and it retains the light well. The accompanied lanyard helps too.The cutouts for the remote buttons and IR sensor are precise. This is a great case and I recommend it to everyone.

We drop or lose our remotes on the daily in our house. Thank goodness we have this on the remote. That remote would be cracked all over if not for this thing. It helps with the grip immensely, those remotes are slick! The bright color really helps us find it when we lose it in the couch cushions. My husband actually really loved the green color. Funny thing is - I call it his remote bra. Ha!

Our dog chewed the original remote and the bottom edge was all messed up. Thought I would have to buy a new remote for about $75. Instead, I shaved off the worst of the deformation and wrapped this around it. Fixed and saved a lot of money. Bonus, it feels great and the dog is no longer interested in chewing the remote.I will never have a remote again without putting one of these on it.
