Great product
if your volume button doesn't work, I figured it out. Under buzz utilities, go to remote control and disable force max on. Other than it was perfect!

Extremely good programming for running IPTV. Best on the market by far.
I have directed this model and the X5 128 model to many of my friends. I have them both, and I am not afraid to tell folks this is the best hardware and software out there.

Overpriced junk
I would not recommend this. The boxes fail after a couple of months, customer support is absolutely horrible. They also don't tell you, that they don't support any 3rd party players, or apps. Also takes customer support 3 weeks to get back to you, to which they will then tell you they can't help you.

Pathetic bluetooth performance
The unit boasts bluetooth v5.0, which is supposed to have a max range of 800'. It can't even reach the width of my 25' room. The bluetooth speakers I have paired continually cut out with audio unless I move the speakers close to the unit.The remote that came with the unit has buttons that have no significant rise above the face of the unit. This makes using the remote tedious as you sometimes have to crank up the lights to see which buttons you're actually pushing.Otherwise, the unit is quite responsive. If they would address the bluetooth issues, it would make using my Buzz TV a lot more enjoyable.
