Exia R II
This is my second gundam that I have gotten and it is well worth the purchase in my opinion. It is now my new favorite model, the building proses was fun but also challenging at the same time. The gn sword III is incredible looking and is one of the coolest gundam weapons that I've seen. This model has good articulation for its size and is quite durable as well. This model also come with almost all the pieces th build the original Exia model all it's missing are the rubber pieces the go under the shoulders. The only down side of this model that I can think of is that it doesn't come with any beam saber beams except for a solid white beam saber. I ended up painting the beam part of the beam saber a pinkish color and it came out pretty good, but still it would of been nice to get clear pink beams. In the end I love this model and would recommend it to any one who likes gundam models.

Great and fun build
This build was fun. Exia RII is one of my favorite Gundam designs (00 Gundam is my favorite series) the build was easy and everything fit together great. A BIG TIP to anyone building this kit, IF you use nippers on the clear pieces (chest, knees, arms, head) make sure you hang on to the clear piece as you cut or they WILL going flying away. After adding some paint to the little details that was left out, this Gunpla looks amazing.

Great kit, but...
I've been building Gundam model kits since the Wing series hit american shores, and I love every minute of it. This kit was fun, definitely on the longer side in assembly time, but there were some major manufacturing flaws. You're given instruction as to how to build it according to the picture you get of it, but then you also receive parts that make it the Repair I kit, but no instructions for them. These parts are OPTIONAL, and the booklet has them X-ed out for you. It would still have been nice to receive the instructions, but if you're smart you can reverse engineer some of them to work for you. Over all, I would give it 4 Gundam Meisters out of 5.

Fast, simple kit
One of the easiest kits around. 4 runners, that's it. A beginner of gunpla should consider this kit for it's ease. I like how I completed the whole thing in an afternoon. The next day I panel lined, and spruced it up nicely. That was it, done.Of course it's Exia, and it just looks awesome. Easy to pose, balance, ect. Only nitpick is the blade. I foresee it over time loosening and not staying extended. Otherwise, it should be awhile before that.00 fans looking at the HG line should check this out. Those new to gunpla should also check it out. So easy to build, and quick.

Disappointed
Not easy to assembly, to many pieces for a child. Instructions not in English. Still sitting in the box, not even halfway done

Overall, this is a great model
Overall, this is a great model. It's moderately challenging to assemble and has good articulation. It looks cool, but the GN sword grip falls apart easily, and the side swords fall off when posing the figure. My children and I still recommend it.

Could Be Better
First off I love this thing. Only reason for the lower rating is because posing it is such a pain. All the weapons fall off when trying to do anything with it. And sometimes if not careful the piece holding the legs on will pop off. I wish it didn't have the pelvic articulation. Without that it would be so much more sturdy. I feel to get the most out of this set you need to get a base. Then you can truly enjoy the posability of Exia.
