So Close (Update)
This cup is awesome except for the big scratch all the way through the color. I will attempt to return and reorder.Update: Item was refunded immediately and I reordered again. Very happy with the service.

Great, but needs a handle
Love this cup, keeps coffee hot for a long time. I like the lid and it feels ok drinking from it (I usually hate these type of lids) Comes with straws & cleaning brush. Only downside is, having ordered the 40oz, it’s very large and I need to hold it in 2 hands. Tried to order a handle, but can’t get one. In hindsight would buy one with handle

Great durable cup, but I had problems with the lid flap
It's a great cup, works just as well as the more familiar name brand. The cup itself is strong and durable and insulates really well. Only problem I have had was the plastic lid flap that keeps the cup sealed shut has cracked and is nearly broken off after less than two month's of owning it. (Probably just a fluke, but still disappointing.) Until that happened, I was very pleased with my purchase. I will probably see if I can find a replacement lid for it.

Tip of nose blocks air intake hole
Great to keep water cold for hours. Only downside is that the air intake hole is directly in the middle of the lid and my nose blocks the hole when tipping to drink. Water does not want to flow out to drink.
