2nd one iv bought
This is the second one I have bought. The first one I bought was for our very reactive and jumpy rescue male. We got him at 9 months old and was not lead trained at all. He would often pull and we tried a few harness but the one we found that did work was heavy and hot for him when it was warmer weather. Then I came across this one which is nice and light weight and breathable. Yet it still helps keep him under control with the front metal loop that we attach his lead to. Also like the velcro on the side which means we can have a patch on it which says in training so people around us can see that he is still learning how to behave when on a leas walk. I bought a second one for our girl dog who is quite timid and gets stressed when walking along busy roads. Again the vest helps make sure we can have good control of her as we slowly work on building her confidence. The different metal loops which are placed one on the very back, one near the top of our dog’s shoulders and one on their chest means we can choose where to clip their security leads that we have secured in our car boot onto the vest while still having their walking lead attached to a different loop ready for when we are unclipping them from the car security leads. We also use the back metal loop to attach a wee keyring flashing light so if we are out later at night when its dark at the beach we can switch the wee light on and still be able to keep track of them while they are running about freely. I also love the colour. They are a fantastic orange which is nice and bright. I don't have the best eye sight so having a nice bright orange makes it a bit easier for me to keep track of where they are when off the lead.Last but not least the vest seems to be holding up well considering the amount it is used. Both our dogs love to chase each other and play when they have the freedom to run and the vest withstands then play fighting without them getting caught or tangled in each other’s vest. Its also been well tested in the sea as our girl loves to go out into the water to tease our boy who hates getting wet. They also wash well and are very easy to take on and off. All in all its the best dog vest I have found so far

Great value for money
I got this for our Malinois after trying to find something suitable for hiking in the UK mountains which a) had removable pouches (not available in orange in the UK but working on them), b) was lightweight and breathable, c) had a grab handle to help the dog up/down obstacles, d) was orange to make him visible in an emergency (like the rest of his gear as his coat camouflages him seemingly anywhere), e) had a lead attachment point at the back because he's always getting his legs caught in the lead and f) wasn't ridiculously expensive. I spent a long old time searching the internet for something with my massive list of requirements and had pretty much given up, especially when I saw this vest with the pouches was only available in the US. When I spotted this on Amazon without pouches I thought I'd take a punt seeing as the returns process is pretty easy but I was very skeptical about build quality given the price. I was pleasantly surprised when it arrived as the colour is really bright, it's very adjustable with velcro keepers for the excess webbing and it certainly is very lightweight and breathable. I especially appreciate that while using the grab handle(s) the weight of the dog is not supported by the fabric of the vest, but rather the webbing which wraps fully underneath the vest and around the dog, so while I realise it's not intended to carry the dog in any shape or form (got a packable emergency rescue harness for that) it certainly gives me confidence that I can support the dog's weight without the vest ripping via the material sections. He's not convinced about wearing it yet (walks around like he's pooped himself) but I'm sure he'll get used to it and I'm looking forward to him carrying his own poo bags, aforementioned rescue harness and booties when we get hold of some pouches. It's worth noting that he doesn't pull very hard on a harness while hiking so I couldn't say whether or not it would be suitable for a strong puller, and I don't think it would be ideal if you did want your dog to pull i.e. for canicross, as while the range of movement is fine for walking and running, I don't think the force distribution on the chest would be great for pulling against. The only thing I don't like about this is that I really wish it wasn't so 'tactical'- and military-looking, but hey, you can't win them all, and it is orange I suppose.

Decent Tactical Harness
I got this harness for my Alaskan Malamute. After a year of daily use the harness is still in relatively good condition, although the stitching is beginning to come away from the shoulder d-ring.The capability to attach pouches to the harness is a good feature, allowing my dog to carry a water bottle and other items essential for dog walking activities. The mesh panel is also a good feature that allows my dog, whose breed is acclimatised for winter conditions, to stay cool during warm summer months. The only issue I have is that the buckles around the chest need constant readjustment as the buckles slip because they don't lock in place. The harness would have a better design if the chest buckles had a clasp that would hold the buckles in place.

Best harness we've had
I've got a bull lurcher and I've tried collars, which are all rubbish across the board. Even the thick ones slide around his neck and they never fit well. We've tried several different harnesses, true love was a brand we used for a while but he put on weight in his old age so they didn't fit well rubbing on the underarms. This harness fits perfectly, is strong, appears to be comfortable for him and has a handy velcro sides for details and bags. Fits well, especially around the underarms which is rare. Only issue is the fabric edge around the front metal attachment feels a little flimsy, but it's been fine so far with a few weeks use. Well worth the money so far.

Good quality
This is a great fit on my dog and the quality is better than I was expecting.Handles are excellent for keeping him under control when he gets too playful at the vet's.

Fits perfect, excellent quality
If you compare the value of this to others in a similar price range, it's not even close. The harness is comfortable for the dog and stays secure. Reliable, durable, and as described. Extremely happy.

Muy bueno
Funciona muy bien. Lo cubre y sujeta bien. Compré XL para un gran danés y le quedó muy bien. Se ajusta bien al tamaño y con el crecimiento.

Great Tactical Harness
I have two Rhodesian Ridgeback puppies (60+ lbs now and 100+ lbs when fully grown). Not only does this harness have two cloth handles on the front and mid harness, it has 3 metal rings for different positions to attach your leash. This is my pups 3rd harness as they are growing so rapidly. It is made of excellent quality and easy to put on. It’s great for my pups as they are big for puppies and have a lot of pull force when we’re walking. I like that the harness has two straps that clasp that go under their chest. I don’t fear my pups wiggling out of their harness. It’s been a great purchase for me. For large dogs I feel the tactical harness provides a great fit. The only thing that would make this harness, or any tactical harness, better, might be adding a 3rd strap that goes on the underside of the dog. This would allow a fit that hugs their body a little more. This would fit dogs better that have a large chest, but a narrower back body. I’m very pleased with this purchase
