My low voltage system uses two different types of bulbs. These fit well and so far have lasted well. Warm light and just bright enough to be pleasant, useful and not blinding.

I own a 45 year old Kenmore sewing machine (nothing made today is made to last 45 years (planned obsolescence) - and it has a nice heavy METAL foot pedal :) ) and believe it or not, the bulb in it is 45 years old too and still works! I'm the original owner and know the bulb has never burned out. Quite amazing. It just isn't bright enough for my old eyes so I bought these new led bulbs and couldn't be happier. It fits perfectly and is 10 times brighter! I like that it's an LED too. It's also great to have a spare bulb, just in case. It's so nice to actually see exactly what I'm sewing. Much, much brighter (typical LED). Fit perfectly 👌. You will definitely want to replace all your old halogen bulbs.

I only wanted one, but had to buy two (minus 1 star). Tried to get an LED bulb for my old machine in 2020, but no one carried them. This is a big improvement in both brightness and color. It doesn't get nearly as hot either.

These bulbs have good brightness and color. I don't think they are as bright as 18W halogen but I didn't want them that bright anyway.The base is rather snug in the fixture but that's acceptable. Just had to push harder.For only 2 watts and long life they're a good deal.Note: They are a bit tall so they may not fit in all fixtures. They're fine in three-tier walkway lights.

I have very old Singer sewing machine in its own cabinet. It worked perfect and is much brighter than original incandescent light bulb.

Our home's walkway has 3-tier lamps. These 2W LED bulbs seem to be excellent replacements for the original incandescent 18W bulbs. Since the initial installation of the walkway lamps, the incandescent bulbs with a glass base were wobbly. Occasionally the bulbs would loosen and I would have to open the lamps and reseat the bulbs. These LED bulbs have a plastic base which install easily and fit nice and tightly to the lamp's socket so periodically reseating the bulbs into their sockets is in my past. They are at least as bright as the incandescent bulbs. The advertised 3000K light color seems to be accurate. The only open issue is longevity...will their life expectancy be as advertised. The 18W incandescent bulbs spoiled me. Over the past (20) years, I did not replace a single bulb in my ten walkway lamps.

The base tab is too wide AND too thick. They are non-standard. One could manually remove the base and remove enough plastic material. But I have 24 slots. NO.I carved the base down to make one work (real pain). Base must be removed first.
