Sounds like its broken, doesn't work super great, price okay. Would not repurchase or recommend. Color and size accurate. Works but would not recommend or repurchase. "Get what you pay for" appropriate.

Sometimes it pulls a bit but in general works well and quick to use. This is my 3rd one in 10 years .Be sure to pull head off and clean out hair. Good value for the money.
