Good for sled pulling
I was in need of some type of roping for sled pulling at the gym. I used to use their TRX ropes, but they removed them. Found this on the Amazon Prime day and gave it a shot. Pretty good performance and quality. A bit longer than I expected, but doesn't affect my workout. I'm currently pulling 180 lbs on the sled and it's holding tough so far !

I use it to hook to a weight machine and back away from machine or go forwards and it works great for me.

It’s way to small.
Does not fit everyone. Only smaller men and women.Waist is 38 in. It does not even come close.Waste of money.Also, kind of cheaply built.

Gets the job done
Gets the job done. He gets the job done on a small sled. I sled drag backwards four plates. The only detractor I would say is that it connects to the belt with one hinge. It seems to hold up well on one hinge but that doesn’t seem stable for the long run.
