Loved this powder. No added taste and it turned my margaritas purple, just as I had planned. I definitely could have used less than it said as there was a bit of powdery residue in the drinks from it. Overall, very happy and will purchase again.

There is very little flavor, but you can change the color of your drink and it fun for kids.

I bought this product to enhance my Empress gin and tonic. That brand of gin has the butterfly pea powder in it also, so I wanted something that would make the drink more colorful. It would also make lovely additions to milk or other beverages.

Unique ingredient for hot tea or cocktails

This butterfly pea flower powder is alright, I haven't much experience using it at home before this. It isn't quite as dissolvable as I presumed, it does have a nice blue color and looks interesting. I didn't get the great color change that it shows, only a slight difference. I was hoping to recreate drinks I've had in coffee shops, but this doesn't quite do that. It has a slight pea flavor, not bad but different. Its good if you're making a flavored tea or fruity lemonade and want to add color or to add to a steamer/milk drink. Would probably work nicely in baked goods as a natural color additive. I definitely prefer the all-natural and potential health benefits over using synthetic colors.

Tastes amazing, I would compare it to a way less bitter matcha with none of the jitters. The one thing I would say is that it will not dissolve just by stirring - you should get a milk foamer to mix it thoroughly. Enjoy!
