EVA store. This review is mostly aimed forwards the reseller and my experience with them.I bought a vitafon 5 And received the unit. It worked as expected until the internal battery died. After testing the converter that I was using and seeing it was working I thought I had a bad vitafon on my hands. After exchanging a few emails with EVA about it and troubleshooting the device they said that my converter was at fault and not the vitafon. I of course thought that they where just trying to shift the blame away from the product they sold so I was hesitant about their advice. After a few days I got the converter that they assured me would work flawlessly I tried it out and the device started to take a charge on the battery.The effort and professional manner in which this problem and another one they took care of made me a loyal customer. Should I need to buy a niche device again I will check with them first.PS don't buy powersource converters. Nothing but problems with both of the units I got from them.

Don't forget to buy an adapter for the US outlet type from the EU one.The charge adapter in the set works 100-240V so you don't really need a converter. One just needs an adapter.
