Needs a second person
Works much better with a second person to hold it. I don't have a second person so mine gets minimal use. I can tell that if I HAD someone to use it on my back, it would be much more effective.

This thing is great Heavy duty unit.
I use it 1/2 hour in the morning and 1//2 in the evening. Pad is soft enough yet firm enough to make a real difference in reliving the tension. Worth the extra money if your going to use it everyday.
