medium is too small for small or medium mask
I used these mask covers about a year ago. The medium fit my small N20 mask and kept the silicon from putting welts on my face. This year I ordered the medium and it compressed the silicone on both the small and medium so am returning and buying the large in hopes it will fit one of the size masks. I gave it 5 stars because they work if they can get the size right. The fabric is great - it doesn't pill like more expensive mask liners that break down too fast. I will update review when I receive the large size.New Edit: Received the large and it fits the small! Yeah, a night of no welts! the large liner did not fit the medium - it compressed (squeezed) the pillow portion of the N20 so that the nasal passages were blocked by the silicon. They should probably retest the fit since I noticed the nasal portion of the N20's are not as sturdy as they were pre-COVID. (They seem thinner - just my opinion). Best liner if you use a small N20!

Horrible.
It’s a waste of time. Not worth it at all. Wayyy too small and the material is cheap. I should’ve taken a picture of it before I threw it away to show exactly what I mean. It looks like someone just took some cheap itchy sheets and sold some elastic around it and cut a slit in it. Smh.

Perfect fit and super soft!
These are great and are a perfect fit! That ladies review about having to order a large or whatever was wrong. She most likely does not have the n20 nasal mask. It sounds like she has the full face mask that covers your nose and mouth. There’s no leakage and it’s comfortable. Very soft material.

Cheap!
Poorly made. I listened to reviews and ordered 1 size up. So they kinda fit but its basically a slit cut in fabric and doesnt stay where it should very well. Usually some skin goes against the mask. Even 1 size up and it compresses the mask so it folds in on itself. They do last longer then recommended but probably because they are such a poor fit it is hard to tell if they have worn out or not.

Buy this, it Works!
I am someone who rarely ever writes a review however this topic is close to my heart. I've been using a CPAP machine for 10 months now and have hated it. The hose, the cleaning of the equipment and especially the nasal mask. Until now! I never knew there were mask and hose covers. I simply happened on them and immediately came to Amazon to see what I could find. I took a chance on this mask cover due to one of the reviews that stated: Buy one size larger than your mask. I used it last night and it works. I had the most comfortable night's sleep. No more irritating silicone against my skin. A tip I can contribute is that I trimmed the part of the cover that lays against the bottom part of the nose. Otherwise, this product is a win win for me!

Nice liner but size up.
I have a small cushion but after reading the comments, I bought the medium liner. It was a great choice. I doubt the small would have fit. The medium is hard to get on, but it can be done. You still have to adjust it before you use it because it will slip back and will not provide a good seal. You get three to a set so you can wash them and reuse them. I like that feature. Comfortable to wear.

Way too small
I bought the 4 pack of medium liners for my medium nasal mask, but when I was finally able to wrestle one on, the liner is so tight that it compressed my mask too much to use. The tight liner squeezes the mask into such a small shape, that it completely pinches my nostrils closed, so I can't breathe at all. I can't begin to use these. Complete waste of money, and now I'm back to square one trying to find a solution to every type of CPAP mask painfully irritating my skin. Extremely disappointed.
