Time consuming
It was confusing how to place each letter.However once I figured it out, it worked just fine.

lost a lot of letters
the letters are soooo small. i wish they were a bit bigger. i dropped so many trying to get them put in correctly and they're just gone forever at this point. i couldn't find them on the floor.

Does not have lower case letters!
Needed to use for company my website name. Cannot use! Website has lower case letters and upper case. This stamp only has 2 sizes, of HEIGHT! Not upper and lower case. Am 2 days past refund. Aggravating. Do NOT recommend.

Perfect for tiny hands!
Very easy to put the letters on the pad, however someone with larger hands might have a harder time. It does come with tweezer like tool to help lay the letters in place. Lots of letter, number, and even a few symbols included. There was a slightly larger font and smaller don't included.
