The first time we used our Cotrunkage suitcase, both straps were damaged in transit. I requested replacement straps and didn’t get a response from Cotrunkage or Amazon. The suitcases are really attractive, but the quality was not commensurate with the investment and Contrunkage/Amazon did nothing to stand behind the product. Correspondingly, I would not recommend this luggage.

This would be five stars if there was a way to ONLY order the two larger suitcases. They look great and every time I go to the airport people are catering at them or complimenting them.I love the way they look, they are great quality and they are a great buy.

I love the look of these suitcases and was really glad to get them as a set. I ordered some clear covers for them based on some of the other reviews but they actually came with them when delivered. They look beautiful and function well - I'm very impressed by the quality and care that each suitcase has. I also love that the large and medium suitcase straps are actually functional (the small one is just a magnet). The medium suitcase looks bigger on the outside than what it can fit inside, which is fine for me but may be worth considering if you need more space. Overall, I'm really happy with them.

The Quality is bad , it’s just cardboard covered with cheap fabric? I had it insured, however Amazon or Asurion will not honor it. I went back and forward with them both for hours and no one was willing to help me. I Am stuck with defected luggage And I wasted money on Insurance coverageI have no faith in Amazon anymore it’s a big scamWhen it comes to Warranty coverage.I was contacted for a refund, after my review, however, after sending additional information and messages. They have not provided me any update on the refund. Poor customer service! Unhappy Customer! I will never do business with this company again.

I adore this luggage set. I couldn’t find anything else anywhere in this antique and simple style for such a great price. The material is lovely and the look of it is wonderful.I will be using his luggage set for my first trip abroad to Ireland! I will be using the large size for my 10 day trip.Each suitcase is lined in beautiful complimentary white and blue strips and a gold label with the company name. Nice attention to detail.Details I love: keys and a lock code for each suitcase, extra storage bags for medium and large sizes, a clear protective cover for each case and it comes with a luggage tag!If you love the antique or vintage style you will love these special one of a kind suitcases! Highly recommend!
