My third do-it-yourself vacuum cleaner had just died on me after a few short years. I figured if I were going to spend money on buying yet another one, I might as well help myself out and buy a robot one. So I set about doing some research. I’d never owned one before and was not sure how efficient they actually were, so I was not prepared to buy one in the high range price of a thousand and over.I stumbled across the G20 on Amazon – the cost was within my range, especially with the discount, so I started reading the features, benefits and user reviews and came away impressed.I decided to take a chance on this new product and haven’t looked back since. It is such a handy little gadget! If you follow the instructions – keep cables out of the way etc, all you have to do is switch it on and let it do its thing.Even at its max volume, it’s not very loud – you can still watch TV without any hassle. I live in a flat and it finishes vacuuming in about an hour and a half. It takes about 2.5 hours to recharge and then it’s set for another round.Reading the reviews, I was slightly worried, as most of the users did not have carpets in their homes. Except for the bathrooms and kitchen, mine is fully carpeted. That’s not a problem for this little guy – he cleans the carpets just as well. I just love him!There are a couple of features I still haven’t used – there’s an app you can download that allows you to set your G20 on a timer as well as mapping your home. I haven’t downloaded this as yet, I’m happy just using the remote control.It can also be used as a mop. I haven’t used this yet either.It only takes a few minutes to empty the bag and clean the G20, which they tell you to do on a weekly basis.I had a couple of questions about the product and emailed the company. They were extremely prompt in responding and helping me out. Especially Rita – thank you for all your guidance and support.All in all, I am extremely happy with my purchase. I recently purchased the HONITURE G20 robot vacuum and I am extremely satisfied with its performance! The 4000Pa suction power is amazing - it picks up dirt, dust and even pet hair effortlessly from carpets, tiles and wooden floors. The 3-in-1 design (sweep, vacuum, and mop) is a game changer making cleaning so much easier and faster. I love how quiet it is and the 150-minute runtime is perfect for my entire home. The gyroscope navigation works flawlessly and it easily avoids obstacles and stairs. The carpet booster feature is a nice touch and the app control makes it super convenient to use. Highly recommend this vacuum - it is worth every penny!

Really great product,very easy to set up with app.Glides along the floor sweeping up any dirt,I particularly like the edge cleaning function as sometimes you just need a quick clean up.I usually dust a room then let the vac do the floors while I go to the next room.The mopping function is great too,leaves the kitchen tiles sparkling.I bought this as I have a back problem and it not only saves my time,but also saves my back pain.My daughter was so impressed that she has purchased on as well.I would highly recommend this robo vac,if your not sure watch the helpful review on you tube.

I have not had any robot hoover before. I simply can’t do any housework particularly hoovering and mopping during my pregnancy. So, thought best to give it a try as the price and reviews are good!The manufacturer is very smart and makes it easy to install and set up.You don’t need to download the app if you don’t want to as it comes with a remote control. You can use the app to change setting and set up routine to clean.The appearance is smart, suction is very good. The mapping is okay and has space for improvement. movement is good, the manufacturer offers strips to tidy up the house wires as it easily gets stuck on wires. Very smart, simply press home button to return back to base to charge.It makes housewives life a lot easier, I can feel it is very clean after the hoover and mopping. Very good collecting dust as I purposely left it not hoover for a week to test this machine. Easy to empty the dust bin and refill water for mopping.Hope it is durable too as I only just started using it. Highly recommended!!

The hoover is great, it makes cleaning the house a lot easier and less time consuming. However, the mop pad is poor, it still needs mopped regularly to remove dirt and stains, the mop pad just brushes over and back and leaves a wet streak, it doesn't really lift stains or remove dirt from tiles/floors.We took the hoover upstairs too and it works perfectly. It seems to restart the floor map over everyday. It doesn't retain the info

Does exactly what it says. Should have bought it years ago!Hoovers in places you can't reach. Mu house has never been so clean.Not using the app as the remote control is sufficient for me.

We have been using this for a couple of months now and we are so pleased with it. We use it daily controlling it by the app which is so easy. Set up was simple and it works well. It has proved to be indispensable in our household.

This gadget has changed my life. Since I bought this robot I haven't used my vacuum cleaner for the floor again, only for the stairs. The vacuum cleaner is very effective, it picks up mostly everything in both floor and carpets, so as a vacuum cleaner it's amazing with good suction power. As a mop, it's ok for an every day cleaning, it's actually quite ok for the price. However if your floor has stains, mud, or sticky fingers on it, it probably won't remove it. I still think it's amazing at least for me, since I don't have kids and my floors are not that dirty. I am not sure how effective for mopping are more expensive robots, probably more, but it's up to you how much you want to invest. For me it's great for an everyday cleaning and every couple of weeks I give the floor a proper old style mopping.Also the customer service is amazing, I had a problem with the first one I order, it was making some noises, and I got a replacement straight away. The second was was perfect.
