This is a key nootropic for brain health or so I’m told and so I believe duh.

Some of these less expensive brands are better than the very expensive.

It does add little bit of overall energy, but not like coffee, mostly benefits my aging brain, temporarily unlocking both cognition and memory

Helps with brain fog

Heeey, we need to talk.This capsule is mostly rice filler. Huperzine A is probably very, very potent, so a dosing in /micrograms/ is probably sensible. You would probably not want to take more Huperzine A than this. However, my supplement cabinet is very full these days; I don't think I have room in my supplement cabinet or my stomach for rice flour filler.I'm planning to replace this bottle of Huperzine A with Saffron Extract and/or Black Cumin Seed extract. I'm mainly interested in Huperzine A as an acetylcholinesterase inhibitor (trying to mitigate the acetylcholinesterase agonism from Coleus Forskolii), so Saffron and Black Cumin can give me similar effects while being part of a whole plant that has more effects than just that.I'm mostly learning from the website Nootropics Expert as I'm searching through supplements for cognition. None of the information in this review is my own work.If you're on this product page reading this review, you're probably doing something strange anyway, so you can do what you want. But this is my plan.

awesome stuff

400 mcg is double the maximum dose. I took these for 2 weeks, was fine at first and it seemed to have a good effect and then I got diarrhea for a couple of days really bad with other gut problems. Stopped taking it for a week and then I tried it again and got the same result after only a couple of days. The product itself is good (I think), it's just that the dose is way to strong. Looked up side effects and diarrhea is listed as a common one. Anyway, think I will cut open all the capsules and fill my own with 1/4 of what these have and try again. I used to take 40 mcg in a product called focus factor while in college and I got a 3.6 gpa. So it must work. I may have given them 3 stars but I feel like they poisoned me and cost me a couple of days off work.
