Works great, easy set up! My body is more relaxed, and you can use it just on your calves if you want or your thighs, simply by laying your legs on the vibration plate. The remote control is very handy- you don’t have to step off of the vibration plate while it’s running to stop it (which could be dangerous ) you just press the button on the remote. I love this thing!

So far I love it. The swelling in my injured leg has gone down and it feels much better. I’ve used it twice a day since I got it. I’ve only had it a week but I’m definitely happy with how it’s helping my leg.It’s almost like I’m getting a massage, so my whole body is getting the benefit.

love this machine. i use it for 15 minutes just about every day. thats the time it is set at. love it.

So far so good.Lately my friend has been telling me about higher end vibration plates that costs thousands of dollars and are quite large. I found this smaller compact version in a brown tone that blends in perfectly into our dark hardwood floors. The colors are really beautifully done so we actually leave this out in the living room so it reminds us to use it.The device is light weight so you can move it around easily, with light suction cups on the bottom to keep it secure while using. Comes with a remote that has pre-set 15 min programs for beginner, intermediate, pro. On the top of the device there's 3 different foot positions. The center is lighter vibration the middle they shakes left to right a little more, and the outer edges shake the most. I've been enjoying the presets because they change the intensity level for you and shut off after you're done.So far we've been doing 15 mins standing and 15 with the elbows and hands down on the unit in a plank position with a pillow under the knees. The standing seems to loosen the lower back muscles and legs. The planks seem to work the upper shoulders and back.They try to advertise this as a weight loss or exercise machine, while I don't think it will do that, I think it might work to loosen and relax muscles and potentially relieve stress. Other people say it helps with bowel movements. There isn't a lot of research on the vibration plates yet, so i wouldn't over do it on this machine as we don't know what effects it might have on the spine. So far we've enjoyed using the machine as a way to destress and relieve some lower back pain. Going to keep it and see what the long term benefit uses might be.

I've only used this once so far, but it is solid & well-made. Works exactly as I expected. I am in my 70's & only on level 1. I used it in several positions & think I'll get some good toning when I get in the habit of using it.

I have had this visitation plate for almost 3 years and it has worked great until a couple days ago. For some reason it just stopped working. I contacted the manufacturer and a new one is already on its way. I am very impressed and would definitely recommend this product and manufacturer to anyone looking!! Hats off to Eilison

The vibration plate works fine. However, there was scant information on how to operate it. There are programs with absolutely no information about what any of the programs do. I went online and found a bit more information, but not much. The glossy manual on a diet plan was actually good for a laugh. It was so poorly translated that it was nonsense. I recommend going with a different company so you can actually learn how to operate it. That being said, it's easy to use. I just don't know what the different settings do. I just use program 2.

Will help to build muscle and shake you into shape. Works well and good quality.
