Great customer service.
Im updating my review. I sent the seller a message after mine stopped working and they were very polite and prompt in helping me resolve my issue. If you have run into issues, contact the seller. :)I've used this once. It took FOREVRR to dry my nails and then they didn't cure properly and they all peeled off in an hour. I just went to try it again and now it doesn't even work. It senses your hand and starts the count down, but the lights don't work. I'm so frustrated. It is light weight and easy to use, it just doesn't work very well.
