NO FUNCIONA
Se desconfigura sola, no permite nuevos patrones y después de DOS DIAS DE USO simplemente dejó de funcionar. Por eso se devolvió. Lo recomiendo cero, ya que por el precio la calidad deja MUCHÍSIMO que desear.

Horrible customer support
It has been about 6 weeks since my MOOER GE250 Multi Effects Processor stopped working and I am still waiting from Mooeraudio to replace or repair it. The correspondence has been very bad from their company. I emailed the video they requested showing the unit would not power up with my cord. I even borrowed another power cord from my friend who I encouraged to buy the pedal like mine several months ago. Their request for a video with a different cord was also submitted. At that point I was hoping Mooer would realize that the problem was in the unit itself and direct me for repair or replacement but it was several weeks before they responded asking for the purchase date, place etc. I sent them the Amazon invoice showing it was bought 11th. Sept. 2023. I haven’t heard from them since and that was about 3 weeks ago. I was tempted to open the unit to see if it was a simple issue like a blown fuse but refrained from doing so when I saw on the sticker that once unscrewed and opened the warranty is voided. I really enjoyed my effects pedal but after what I have been experiencing with their product support I would refrain from buying anything from them in the future. I hope they stop playing games and honor my warranty before it expires.

I like it.
Like any processor, it has lack luster sounds and some good sounds. That's the way the world is with many things in a way. There's always somethings better than others and somethings someone else likes better. It sounds good to me though, but I have to adjust levels and settings on just about everything. Years back I ran Line 6 gear for a while when I used to work in a music store for the price and ease, but gear has progressed. This processor is very easy to adjust and setup to me. I like it's right there kind of layout and it has more than enough user presets spots for me and the sound quality is good for what it is.Edited in:Now after having it for over a year, I don't use it anymore and will be selling it. It's a pretty cool processor for the price and that's what you should consider, because for the price point it compares with other options out there. But you get what you pay for and while pretty good, it doesn't really produce as professional high quality modeling and effects as other processors do. Like a Helix, or Kemper or Axe FX unit. I've moved onto Fractal Audio processors, using a FM3 now and am about to step up further down the road to the new FM9 and would never consider a MOOER again. But you have to look at what would be right for you. And this may be.

Make sure you get 3rd Party IR's
I will edit the review if need be because I have only had this for a few days. However, first impressions:1) Built like a tank - all metal design - sturdy af2) Easy to use - just have to have an IQ above room temperature3) I/O is first class. Seriously, you have effects loop, XLR stereo out, 1/4 stereo out, USB, Midi in and out, Aux in ...4) AMP models are best in class. It has all my favorite amps too (Powerball, Mark III, 5150)5) Good effects, but not a lot to be honest.6) Global EQ sets this apart from other modelers as well as the tone captureWhat I wish it had:1) More effects (compressions, sonic maximizer, better whammy)2) Better IR's (probably worst in class in the 400 dollar range)3) dual amp modeling, I would like to use two amps at once4) More slots for custom IR's (like 100 more lol)5) 96khz sample rate would be nice for both wave format and USB recording but not that big of a dealWith that said:Get 3rd party IR's. It makes this thing sound as good as $2k modelers. I'm not joking. I bought the Heavy Hitters metal pack on Ownhammer as well as the Kohle Eminence Metal Pack.
