No problems so far. It is a more affordable pill than my previous brand without aftertaste or funny smells.

I am still a huge fan of artichokes (and the water I steam them in) and beet roots so imagine my delight when I saw my mom’s “home remedy” included in the ingredients list along with black pepper and turmeric.This supplement boasts an impressive amount of ingredients that are absolutely beneficial to hepatic health. Along with a healthy lifestyle of good diet, exercise and no drinking, I finally feel like I have control of my liver health. It’s a winning formula for me.

Milk Thistle is supposed to be good for helping out your liver. Some liver supplements focus just on Milk Thistle, but this one has a number of other ingredients that should be good for the liver as well: Milk Thistle Seed, Dandelion Root, Artichoke Leaf Extract, Beet Root, Grape Seed Extract, and more. This is one of those that are good to take if you want a healthier liver. Just like with vitamins, it's hard to tell if it makes a difference. With the load modern life and diet puts on the liver, it's probably a good idea to every once in a while give the liver a little support.

I don't have any liver issues, but it is always good to be proactive! The ingredients in this supplement are safe and effective and seem to be of good quality. Taking 2 capsules with food per day will give you 45 servings - about a month and a half. At $15, it's a good deal. It's made in the USA and quality tested from a third party.

I just finished this bottle and although my doctor appointment is next months and I won't know if this product truly helped my liver recover I really like the ingredients . I take two capsules each morning with our without food and no side effects! There are so many different supplements out there, this is the first one that had all my favorite supplements in one dose. Feeling great!
