Good for toolbelt
I don't like that you need two hands to use it (hold it and twist it open to start air flow) but I love the fact that it fits in one of the small pockets in my tool belt. If I am hooking up a nozzle for repeated use for a while ill take the time to go get my normal trigger style blower but when I just need a blower for a quick clean its nice to have this on my instead of needing to go get my larger one

As depicted, with a small-diameter discharge hole.
Many of these pocket blow guns now have 1/4" discharge holes, which just aren't as effective as smaller holes. It's difficult to tell which is which online. This one didn't state the diameter in the listing, but the photo looked like the smaller hole, and it is.
