Excellent value and easy to take.Have eased certain symptoms and appear to be working well.Good quality item.

I previously used the Bulk Psyllium Husk powder which, in all fairness, I had a lot more than the recommended dose in order to increase my fibre intake. The powder can be difficult to mix with food/shakes therefore I decided to try a tablet format.These tablets are easy to swallow but I wonder whether the dosage is high enough as I haven’t noticed the same digestive benefits as when I used the powder. I am tempted to increase the dosage to three tablets to see if that makes a difference

I've tried Psyllium Husk in powder form, one mixed with water and drunk, and the second one, mixed into food. Both of these were messy to take. These capsules are large but easy to take and by far, the most convenient way to take husks. I take the two capsules after breakfast (porridge). They really do work. Keeps me regular. Highly recommended. Far better than husk in powder form.

I've been taking these for a while and haven't really noticed any difference yet.....the capsules are quite large and don't taste great. Not sure how i feel about these but will stick with them as there's a lot left!

Helps to feel healthy inside

These capsules are so much easier to take in comparison to the psyllium husks. They seem to work well. Remember to drink at least 2 large glasses of water straight after taking them. I would much rather use these capsules in preference to other laxatives that I have been prescribed by my doctor.

I love it! 2 tablets a day has improved all my digestion problems!.
