A Very Effective Supplement
My husband takes this 30 minutes before bedtime. This brand is a higher dose than many others. This added to a couple of other pills, helps him get his eight hours of sleep.

Although the bottle of valerian root does not say its product 3rd party tested, the maker has indicated that it is a "Good Manufacturing Practice Certified and Quality Control Approved." This means a lot to me. Thank you for your product that works.

This valerian root brand is the only one that I have tried that was actually deodorized! It works as expected, but I don’t gag when I’m trying to choke down the capsules. It costs a little more than the other brands, but the lack of stench makes it worth the extra price.Recommended!

Sleep “so personal “
Good service from Amazon and seller 👍. I have a sleep disorder Hyper-insomnia ugh. I refuse to take a narcotic, so I use different herbal supplements, just added this one. You would think 3000mgs (2) = 6000mg would knock you out, not me. I’m still experimenting with dosage and at what time I take it.Just want some good Zeeees

When it works, it is great.
The first dose worked really well. After the first dose, the rest don't seem to work. I am curious if there are placebos in the pack or not. When researching, it was noted that this sort of sleep aid takes time. Still trying it going into a month later. But the effectiveness seems to have waned.

Ineffective
I have been taking Valerian root pills for a decade. It has an immediate calming and relaxing effect. I ordered this brand with higher dosage expecting more of the same effects. However, these pills seem to lack any real Valerian root in them as they do not smell as other pills and have zero effects on me. I don't know what is in them. I will definitely not order from this company again. My advice is to stick to a proven and tested brand even if they may cost a bit more.
