Good adaptor
Bought to use cordless makita fan with dewalt batteries and works great. Have only used on the fan which is lower powered compared to other high amp tools but seems good so far

Useless china piece of crap
Tested on 2 charged DEWALT power stack batteries on a makita line trimmer. Spins a couple of times then cuts off. Totally useless to me. Only had a chance to test it after the return policy expired. Q don’t waste your money on inferior products.

Works to adapt Dewalt AND Milwaukee batteries; tool end fit may be off
Item description may confuse, but battery end does work for both Dewalt and Milwaukee 18v batteries. Makita tool end clips right on to a impact driver, but is a bit off for a handheld vacuum resulting in a jammed latch that has to be manually helped. I didn't care for the USB power point and did not test it. Both tools work off the adapted batteries.
