So I have been on this for a while and being in my fifties I have been sluggish and had no will power to do anything after work. Something has changed I am now close to doing 20 push ups in the morning after struggling to do 3. I am also to doing chin ups and can do around 7 where I couldn't do any. So my strength is returning. I have more energy in the afternoons and at work as well. My stamina seems to have improved. I will probably try NMN capsules because they are so supposed to be more effective but only to experiment. I feel these have given me a huge benefit and I can't say whether they are better than NMN yet but at least I know these have given me significant improvements.

amazing product.. im more focused each day of taking it.. have loads of energy.. defo sleep better and more early at night... quality of sleep great... iv hardly done any exercise and iv noticed slow but little weight loss and muscle gain.. and only taken it under a week... and i do mean just a little but still a good result and side effect.. and thats doing no weights at all... as i just want to get it in my system first.. then il start my free weights again... defo will be buying again..

Been taking this for just over a week, don't know if its this thats helping, or my other vitamin tablets. But i do feel better, and skin is looking better.

I didn't purchase this for any particular issue, rather as a nutritional support supplement. I've been taking this for several months now and I can definitely say that I see and feel the positive effects. My skin looks great and the overall skin laxity has greatly improved. I have more energy and stamina and feel a general improvement overall. As with most things the beneficial effects don't happen overnight, so you have to give it time to be able to tell.

I took this for one week and I averaged about 2 hrs sleep a night. I stuck with it as I felt great during the day, full of energy etc but I am sensitive usually to caffeine and just wondering if this has any similar ingredients that can affect sleep? Most people say they sleep better with NAD! I stopped for a few days then yesterday morning took one and last night I was awake all night, gutted! Not sure whether to try a different brand. Anyone else had this problem?

I'm on my second pack and think that I am less forgetful.
