Apparently fenugreek can vary in taste brand to brand. This variety tastes pleasant...I have a spoonful with my breakfast as a gut cleanser. Obviously, I don't want anything to spicy or bitter and I hardly noticed the taste of these, just the crunch! I tried a different brand after these, just to compare, and this is definitely nicer.
