Salty... If you take two at the same time, have water with you. The mild lemon flavor is really good. No tangy taste. Repeats.

When they arrived, they were all stuck together in the bottle. I had to take a butter knife to pry them apart just to take them. They don't taste the best. I haven't been on them long enough yet to see if they work or not. I doubt I will order them again.

These gummies work great. Bought them for a dual purpose. I am on GLP-1 medication and this works great keeping me hydrated. I could tell within the first week I felt better.My oldest son works in construction and we all know Texas heat is ridiculous. He told me after a few days he didn't realize how bad he felt from being dehydrated until he took these for a few days and started feeling better. Ordering a second bottle.

I love trace minerals products but the consistency of this chew is not like a gummy. It's like biting into a terrible harder jelly candy and when you chew it it goes into pieces. Not like a gummy at all and the taste is not pleasant to me.

Kids & adults like the flavor. Very handy when in the boat on the river or at a softball game. Satisfies a snack or candy need or craving while providing electrolytes. Much easier & less mess than mixing powder in water. Also I don't like flavored water or drinks.

First bottle I got was great, love the taste and texture. Second bottle the crystals were melted and gummies were gooey and stuck to the bottle. I still ate them and they tasted fine, but the consistency was off from being melted.

Lemon lime gummies taste great. And they seem to be doing their job.

They help me stay and feel hydrated during physical activity. It contains 300 mg of coconut water and that really hydrates well. Takes a while to chew up but they work pretty good
