Great book.
He is a great writer. I always love all his books. He makes a great point that billions of dollars are being spent to distract us and then to blame and shame us for their achievements.

Poorly written workbook
This workbook is really disappointing. The writing is awful. There is bad grammar throughout, and it is written as though for a grade schooler. The chapter summaries are often inaccurate and do not distill the essence of the source book's meaning. I did not realize the Stolen Focus author was not involved in creating this workbook. Save your money.

Third chapter so far
Wow! I slept better than I have in a long time! No phone, no tv, no computer before bed, and I got in 8 glorious hours of sleep!

Disappointing and basic
As a teacher, I was hoping for more in-depth, thought-provoking questions. Instead, I found the worksheets to be general questions we all ask ourselves as we read. The summaries and questions would work for 6th graders, but anyone older will find it useless. The book itself provides more thought exercises than this workbook.

Generic workbook.
I love in-depth research that Johann Hari has done on his books, and so many different views. This workbook written by Cosmic Publications I begin to wonder if it is written by AI. The key takeaways on chapter two misses the point of Johann Hari's book, I felt it was written for inspiring businessman wanting to move up the ladder. "You are part of the flow but start developing the character that differentiates you from the rest of the herd." Mr. Hari spoke of flow as a zen time you achieve in your head when doing something you enjoy or challenges you, not part of society flow. Very disappointed.
