Decreases your appitite
I have purchased several bottles and continue to use it daily. Speaking for myself my intention was not to necessarily lose weight but to see if it had an effect on belly fat. The only feature I found working for me was to significantly act like an appetite depressant with out the jittery side effects. I stopped the product after the first two bottles and noticed a significant difference when I became hungry. So I reordered and have been faithful since. I believe the weight loss may be to decrease your appetite and to recommend exercising to tone.
