Immediate Failure Message
Post Error message displayed on the screen. Smart Hard Disk detected an immediate failure. This is the first screen that appears with a warning to save all data. Why didn't the tech catch this before shipping the computer? System diagnostics will not open. I brought the computer to Mexico before I booted. This is unacceptable . It costs over $100.00US to ship this as a return since I live iMexico.

Working right out of the box.
We bought two laptops from this seller. Both packaged well in custom laptop boxes with foam padding and inserts for safe shipping. So far it is working great for basic use. Thank you!

Just right!
Just what we ordered. Everything went as expected

Didn’t work
Upon initial unboxing: Powered on and saw the HP logo, then the screen was black for over 15min. Upon restart, windows started up just fine but the laptop refused to connect to my home wifi even though other devices had no issue. The laptop then FROZE for several minutes on two different occasions. Don’t buy this one.

The damn thing didn't work!
I must admit that I was shocked when this laptop broke down on me right in the middle of a very very important project! This is the first time that something like this has happened with AMAZON. I SWEAR BY AMAZON AND HAVE TOLD COUNTLESS PEOPLE ABOUT THEIR QUALITY AND SERVICE. But this was a shocker and with a Microsoft certified refurbished product!
