The item is not as described, I think the item is used, there are signs of use, the item does not meet the conditions and the color is not as pictured. It is not for practice, nor for curling, nor for hairstyles, the hair in the front is cut and very sparse and cannot be used, as I am not satisfied with the description or the color in the picture. I do not recommend it.

My daughter asked for this for her birthday, I ordered it on the 26th March. It's just over 6 weeks old and the hair is falling out in clumps. She wanted one of these to start practicing and it is an unmanageable mess. This cost me £52, back 3 years ago I brought her a much cheaper one and the hair is still in as new condition. Poor, poor quality, if I could return it I would as this was her 15th birthday present!!

The item is not as described, I think the item has been used there is dirt all on the face of it and in the lips is grit, the colour is not as pictured it’s more ginger. It is defo not real hair and when brushing loads falls out I am not satisfied with the description or the colour and it’ so fine at the front of the doll. I do not recommend it. 😡😡😡

My granddaughter has this because she is in hair and beauty college so she can learn how to cut and colour hair works well
