Spirulina per se is a healthy supplement. But it can be tricky. It can have disastrous side effects. Exactly same I experienced about this product. I had finished one bottle from some not so popular brand and felt good about it. I erred on switching over this as it being a brand plus offering discount upon purchase of 3 bottle. I developed immediate side effect. I had abdominal cramps, dizziness, drowsiness.Smell of capsule is very strong. I even opened the capsule. It had repulsive smell. Plus seemed like green color has been added to it.So I appeal everyone to exercise CAUTION.
