Nice light strip with quality LEDs, good colour temperature ranges, but quite expensive...
I will start by saying that I like the NOVOSTELLA 'tunable' white LED strip. I am not sure that the 'tunable' descriptive means that it is any different than similar under-cabinet, in cupboards, kitchen light strips - but it is undeniably good quality and I think the high spots are the LED strip build which is more substantial than most but still remains very thin, and the AAA battery powered wireless remote which looks more like something you would control tech equipment with. The remote is a pleasant change from those button cell cheap little plastic remotes that typically come with LED lighting. However, this does come at a price as the 6 metre length costs about £36.With the kit you get the 6mtr LED self-adhesive strip, an inline switching controller, a wireless remote control, a power block with standard 3-pin UK plug, not enough fixing clips for the 6mtrs (in my opinion), and a decent instruction manual. You can cut the LED strip and the method is detailed in the instruction manual. I do wish that manufacturers who supply these LED lighting strips, especially the longer ones) would include right-angle joining connectors. They don't cost much but anyone buying a 6mtr LED strip like this is sure to want it to go around corners neatly and it's really fiddly to achieve this if you want to use most of the length and cutting it isn't the answer at all. Personally I would like at least 4 to 6 right-angle connector joints with something like the NOVOSTELLA one. It would make a huge difference and make a neat installation so much easier.I must say that the quality of light from this LED light strip is very good both in the colour temperature range and also the 'evenness' of the light distribution. It's not as good as a modern COB sytem but it comes very close. This is because the LEDs are spaced sensibly and it's almost impossible to differentiate the individual LEDs. The brightness range is also very good and I quite like the 'fast' access buttons on the remote for 10% brightness etc.The wireless remote control is a really nice feature, built to the quality and style of TV/audio remote controls. It does all you could want and looks good when left lying on a coffee table next to your other remote controls. It requires a couple of "AAA" batteries (not supplied) but I actually prefer that to the button cell type. The range of the remote is also very good too. There are white temperatures that can range from 3000K to 6500K so you can't ask for more than that! Personally I tend to go for the warmer whites indoors and this LED strip gives me all the warmth I could possibly want.As I mentioned, this is a good kit but so it should be at the £36 price tag. I would be inclined to give its performance a 5 Star rating but and knocking a star off because of the price, and the fact that a 6mtr strip like this really needs a few right-angle joint connectors supplied with it in the price.

Well designed and effective light string setup that 'remembers' the last settings
I think this is a simple and impressive LED string. Mains powered, via the included transformer (unless you have a 24vDC supply) and with a neat remote control unit. Unlike some colour LED strings, this does not use an RGB emitter, but pairs of 2835 LEDs. one provides cool 6500k light and the other of the pair produces warm 3000k light. This pair is duplicated to provide 336 pairs over the full length of the 20ft (6m) string. A total of 672 LEDs. Together, the cool and the warm LEDs light up at different intensities to provide a mixed gradient of warm and cool light. This in turn produces a range of variations. The remote control is simple and logical. starting with separate buttons for ON and off. Below this there is a central circular region, akin to classic audio transport controllers. This has up and down buttons for light brightness and a separate button for all warm light and again a separate button for all cool light. Centrally, there is an "M" button that turns both sets on equally (medium, or daylight setting) This is the main area where you set the intensity and colour of your light string.Below is a quick setting group of three buttons controlling an instant 10% dimming, 100% cool and 100% warm options.Importantly, there is a memory function that retains your last settings after you turn the lights off and back on again, either by the remote or if they are turned off and on again by the main switch to the transformer.Additionally, after a power cut, when the power is reconnected, the lights will activate in the last state they were in, either on or off and at the settings you last used. In other words, the remote control and receiver remember everything that was last set, regardless of power interruptions.I have reviewed several items with remote controls that following a power cut seem to consistently default to everything ON after a power cut. This is both energy wasteful and potentially dangerous. This Novostella light string kit rectifies all that irritating behaviour and they have succeeded in producing a first-class LED string that takes quality and control to a new level. Recommended!

A really efficient set of lights.
I was pleased to try this 'Novostella 6M Tunable White LED Strip Lights, LED Strips Dimmable Warm White to Cool Daylight 3000K-6500K, Tape Light with RF Remote Flexible LED Ropes Kit for Bedroom Kitchen Wardrobe, 20ft 672 LEDs [Energy Class F]'.1. You get everything you need in a neat branded shiny card presentation box, that has energy details etc., printed.2. The complete set contains a controller (that needs two AAA batteries), a black transformer type plug that has 145cm of thin cable ending in a small jack, a connector cable about 30cm long, a packet of cable holders, 6 metres of LED tape and an instruction booklet3. You can make the length of the light tape shorter by cutting, although if you then wanted it to be longer again you would have to purchase a connector.4. Attaching the tape was easy - just clean area thoroughly and remove blue backing, then press in place. It is recommended that your use a clip every half a metre.5. You can adjust the colour of the light and also the brightness using the handy controller.6. I think this is a really efficient set of lights and it is under the cabinets in my kitchen giving light in just the right place for food preparation.7. In the details it states that if you have the lights on for 3 hours per day then it should cost you about £7.62 per year to run.8. The price of £29.99 is okay, in my opinion, however there is a 30% voucher you can apply currently, making it even better value.

This LED strip light is perfect for the home to add some extra light and create a cozy ambiance.LED lights has Bright white vanity LED light strip with Daylight White 6500K, Neutral White 4500K, and Warm White 3000K and 10 brightness levels. Length: 6m/20ft. It also has a memory feature and an on/off switch to help you save time. The LED strip lights can also be bent and folded at will and have good flexibility. For an exact length adjustment, LED tape lights can be cut every three LEDs. Any length is possible for a DIY project.Peeling off the sticker to reveal the adhesive and sticking them in the desired location makes setup simple. Should you prefer to install them that way, brackets are also included. Once installed, they emit a nice amount of bright light, and the responsive remote control lets you adjust the mode, brightness, and color temperature. It can be cut to length after completion and is long enough to cover most of our living room at 6 meters. To summarize, it's a good LED strip light that will impress any visitor to your home. They are very bright and will light up the room, creating a pleasant atmosphere.

A good LED strip light.
This LED strip light is ideal for the kitchen to add an extra bit of light and give off a nice ambiance.Setup is easy by peeling off the sticker to reveal the adhesive and then sticking them in the desired location. It also comes with brackets, should you wish to install them that way instead.Once installed, they give off a nice amount of bright light and you're able to change the mode, brightness and colour temperature via the remote control, which is very responsive. At 6 meters long, it's enough to cover a good amount of the kitchen and it can be cut to length once finished. All in all, it's a good LED strip light, albeit slightly on the expensive side at £35.99, which was the price at time of writing.I hope you found this review helpful.
