It fits and works perfectly. The shower filter performs so well that it almost completely eliminates chlorine from tap water! My skin no longer feels dry or itchy, it is smoother and more moisturized. The water flow in the shower has improved.

Pros: I like the transparent idea so you can see how dirty the filter is.Cons: Washing machine hoses are easy to deal with for the most part, but hooking them up to this thing was a miserable chore. I even watched a video on how to correctly apply plumbers tape. After doing all that, I had to tighten it to the point where I was afraid it was going to break. (attaching the washing machine hose to other areas, like the wall and the washing machine itself was a breeze, but attaching to this beast was problematic) I had to buy adapters first. I finally got it to not leak, and it worked for about 3 months. Then it started leaking slightly where the plastic bit attaches to the metal adapter I bought. I went to tighten it a bit, and with the least bit of effort, the top plastic bit that attached to the adapter split like it was soft clay lol. Just bought a pure water hot water filter - going to give that a go.

I love this filter !! I don’t remember the last time I felt this clean after a shower . My skin and hair feel squeaky clean . There was literally no residue on my skin and my hair felt soft and manageableThe filter was super easy to install according to my son who installed both filters for me. The water pressure is as good if not a little better than prior to installing. Excellent value for the price paid I would highly recommend this product to anyone especially those of us concerned about heavy metals and toxins in the water supply

I returned this item, it would not fit onto my washing machine connectors.

If you have a lot of rust or calcium and other minerals in your water this will do the trick! With two adults taking regular showers we will need to replace every 8 to 10 weeks. But my wife's hair went from orange back to blond. So if she is happy then I am happy and it's worth every penny.

Item lasted for a long while however housing cracked at large threaded portion and almost flooded the house

Customer service is great and water definitely tastes great after installation. Must buy in these times where we cannot trust the water from our city and town governments
