You have to take 6 tablets a day to administer a decent dosage,and tablets stick to any type of moisture so be prepared to drink with plenty of water,that aside the product does what it needs to and is value for money

Thought I had found a bargain. Sadly not. Each tablet is only 0.5g of creatine. The 3000mg description is entirely meaningless. You need to take 6 tablets for a 3000mg dose and this is not clear on the listing.
