Q: Are these ready to eat straight from bag without baking. Can you eat them as is like you can with white chocalate?

You can eat them out of the bag. But its not like hersheys chocolate or anything. YOu are supposed to bake with them which means they are expecting you to add sugar. YOu can munch on them but thats not the intended usage.

Q: Is the cocoa butter really high as 85%? Most are in the less than 35%.

The package does not say. Our other white chips from another vendor say 28%.

Q: Was this made in a nut free facility? Grandkids have extreme nut allergies.

Probably not safe for them then.

Q: What is the per cent of cocoa butter?

I don't see how it could be 85% cocoa butter if the #1 ingredient is sugar.
