The Labelmaker for The Serious Labeler
We needed to replace our old P-Touch machine that we used almost daily for years in a polymer research process area. This one hooks up to the computer like our old one and also takes all sizes of TZe label tapes up to and including the ~1.5 inch size. It is also portable (with optional battery pack) should you need to take it to a specific site to do your labeling on the spot. Using the P-Touch Editor thru the computer is pretty easy even for a novice and with experience this thing begins to become even more useful as its versatility starts to come into play. If you label series of samples, chemical bottles, storage boxes, cabinet drawers, mail boxes, lockers, equipment and control panels, operational and safety instructions, or pretty much anything you need to identify at a glance, then this is the labeler for you!

Quite an amazing unit. You will find yourself really getting after making labels, it gives you inspiration to label all items that you want . So, you end up being more organized than ever before. It is WELL worth the price.

If you have a lot of TZ tapes, skip this printer.
This printer is NOT compatible with TZ tapes, it requires ONLY TZe tape, which is marketed as "environmentally friendly" but actually leads to throwing out all of your TZ tapes, which don't fit because there is a pin that specifically blocks TZ tapes.I'm returning this printer.

Great labeling machine
Once you get your template established, this unit is super easy to use it has good print quality as well. May be a tad pricey. But if you’re doing bulk labeling/printing, it’s worth it!
