Q: My polish keeps bubbling and peeling, is anyone else experiencing the same problem? Do i need to use a base coat with these polishes?

I believe your putting too much polish on and it's not fully drying. Make sure your buffing the nail and putting thin coats on & making sure it's dried between and cure. Also, if your nail lamp isn't strong enough you might need to cure it twice.
