Not a good combo
While activated charcoal and coconut oil separately might be great for oral health. The combination of the two isn’t a great idea as the charcoal burns the throat.

I am addicted….I like the fresh feeling after doing oil-pulling. I have been doing oil-pulling for more than 1 year now. I just hope that all benefits as claimed by the brand is there. No visible difference seen till now.

Not cost effective.
Hyped up product with dubious benefits. Certainly very expensive. Better to use traditional Ayurvedic oils meant for oil pulling like Arimedas (Big) which has many more incorporated herbs in the oil.
