Great Brazilian coffee
This is an affordable, grocery store brand Brazilian coffee that is still really nice. It’s definitely better than the stuff you get for the same price in US stores. Additionally, the vacuum package keeps it very fresh until it’s open. This specific one tastes much stronger that the average you get here so it depends on your taste. Also, keep in mind that the ground is thinner so it may go though some coffee filters. All said I love a good cafezinho and have this as a staple at home.

Great flavor
Love this smooth as silk coffee. Tastes great black, and I do not like black coffee. If I had to say anything negative, it would be that the grounds are very fine. So, if you have your own coffee strainer built into the pot, be careful and maybe use another coffee first to perk, then put these grounds on top as a 2nd pot. You will still get grouds (one or two) in your cup, but this full bodied flavor from Brasil is worth it.

The ONLY pre-ground coffee this coffee snob has ever liked as much as freshly ground beans
It's just so good. I always grind beans right before using, in a burr grinder, and am very particular, so what in the world am I doing giving a good review to pre-ground coffee? Because it's so darned good and stays that way even after opening the package for at least 2 weeks, and I can't figure out how they did that. It's got an unusual roasty taste and is very dark, and I could swear it has chicory in it but that is not in the ingredients. One of life's mysteries. But it's great having a brick of this lying around for variety in between batches of whole beans from other sources. I only know about it because a Brazilian friend told me about it years ago; he lives and breathes this stuff.

Good enough to give as a gift - inexpensive enough for everyday
I liked the flavor of this coffee just fine and have just reordered it after giving some of mine away to a friend who appreciates cafe brasileira. Price isn't as low as it was in the past, but look at the prices of everything else in the world these days, eh? Buy with confidence - this is good stuff.

Great coffee
Only brand I drink, and I have tasted some of the best. Drink it daily, nice and strong and consistent.

A great coffee from Brazil, it tastes like SAUDADE...
This coffee is bold, not for the faint of heart... my coffee machine recipe is 2 flat scoops of coffee per 8 ounces of water , just for a initial reference in case you decide to give it a try and correct later according to your personal preference.I still consider this to be one of the great coffees from Brazil, and the price is really good too.I hope this helps. Blessings, y'all!

Fantastic Coffee!!
We were recently on a trip to Rio de Janeiro and our hotel had a free breakfast buffet each day, not only was the food incredible but they served a coffee like we have never had before. My husband and I are big coffee/espresso drinkers so when we arrived home I contacted the hotel (Praia Ipanema) and got the name and my search was on. So glad I found it and we can a bit of Brazil everyday!!
