Smelled disgusting and left a terrible residue, used once and threw it away after I washed it off.

This has significantly improved my sleep personally. Putting it on is part of my bedtime ritual now. The scent is nice and the consistency isn't too greasy, easy to apply. The holder and little spoon are well designed too.

After multiple attemps with my strong husband, strong young 30 something neice, myself and tools, jar openers, and every type of gadget, then tapping the lid many ways with many objects. We resulted to boiling the lid to release and it finally opened. We thought that was the end. Nope the next day after NOT tightening the lid back, we had the same experience but went straight to the hot water. So far with 2 nights use my elderly mom has slept ok. This is for her so I hope the good sleep continues. But this jar is crazy, if this happens soak upsode down is super hot/boiling water for about 5 mins. Giving a low review due to jar issues. But cream itself seams good. If this was sent to anyone over 60 that was not a strengthening champion they would never get it open. We are strong and healthy my hubby is over 6ft and works out at the gym and even w tools couldnt get it open. My neice is very very strong and even with lard strong jar openers no way. So just go to the hot water if this happens. The jar lid was not on incorrectly either.

Im 4 months postpartum and breastfeeding and sleeping has been so hectic for me and I decided not to take any supplements for sleep for now, and this had helped me so much!! It makes me feel so relaxed I love putting it on my feet before bed with some socks. It is oily since it’s a balm but I love it, added moisture for me feet lol!!! The smell isn’t too strong, but if you’re not an earthy lover the it won’t be for you.

There was not a spoon included with this order, which was one of the reasons I ordered it.

I really enjoy this cream. The texture is smooth and not too oily and I find that it absorbs into my skin pretty quickly and it doesn’t leave a greasy residue on my skin. So far I feel like it has been affecting my sleep in a positive way although I can’t say for sure because it’s only been a day or two.

I’ve been using another brand that is more creamy. I was hoping this one would have been as good (if not better) it is so greasy that I had to wipe it off to even be able to walk after a half hour or longer with it on my feet. Not absorbing at all. Maybe I read the reviews and descriptions wrong
