This pillow helped me with sitting. I have spinal stenosis. I wish I could lie down while using it. I tried but was not comfortable. Guess that is why it is for sitting. I would definitely recommend this product.

The cushion is extremely comfortable and retains shape. It's helped sciatic pain tremendously. I use it for my office chair, which I'm sitting in 6-8 hours per day. I'm pleased with the purchase and I would highly recommend.

Since so much of my day is spent online sitting, this cushion has provided much needed and appreciated comfort and relief. When considering the price vs. the benefit it provides over improved comfort and pain reduction/relief, there's no question. I don't skimp on my mattress/comforter/pillows for the very same reason - a third of my life spent in bed, so I'm going to make those hours as comfortable as possible. 5 hours a day in a chair calls for TLC and this cushion certainly provides that. I've spent $40 on far more useless and frivolous things. One thing I noted is larger people's disappointment due to the generous dimensions of their posterior vs. the size of the cushion. The makers should offer another version in a larger size.

This seat cushion arrival timing was perfect. My back was a little tight after walking and playing 18-hole of golf. I put the cushion on my recliner and felt the additional support and comfort.I've sat on a few different padded seat cushions over the years. Some are too soft, some are too hard, and some seem to press into my thighs. My initial impression of the Modvel Gel Seat Cushion is it's perfect for me.The flyer list a few features I can't accurately comment about. Yet, I do hope the cooling gel helps to make me feel cool. I do hope it helps me to forget about my back pain and discomfort. Also, I hope it helps me to maintain a comfortable back posture for hours. I will modify this review in a few weeks to address those points.This cushion is portable. It has a side handle for easy carrying, and it only weighs 2.3 pounds. The seat cushion cover is washable. Finally, it has a Lifetime Warranty. I actually hope it lasts a lifetime. If not, I will certainly contact the folks at [email protected].

This cushion seems sturdy and long lasting--I've only had it a month and a half. It's comfortable but not over-soft to sit on and the material is both comfy and not too hot in the summer (the room I use it in is about 75 degrees F in the summer).I'm using it on a wooden kitchen chair, and it's too wide by 1-2 inches to "sit" against the back of the chair so I also have to use a lumbar cushion for my lower back, and that sinks too low to be useful because of the gap. It is probably OK for a chair built for people 160 lb. plus (medium to extra-large man, large to extra-large woman). They need a smaller version for house chairs (I don't see one) and for extra-small to medium women and for most teens.

This is one of, if not the best, purchases I have made. Why? Because it is a QUALITY product through and through. I have a troubled back and have to sit a lot, hours on end, often. This is a bit like sitting on a cloud i guess, soft but firm and by no means hard. Ahhhhh says it all. It has not diminished in dimensions at all. Washable quality cover.Want a picture of it? Look at this ad here on Amazon. Seriously, after an average of 12hrs per day for 530-ish days it looks just like the day I first sat on it. This is the real deal in superior quality.NOT one of those darn paid for reviews.I weight 180lb.

I use it on my computer chair, it helps me to have a better posture.I would recommend this product.

The cushion I received has lost its ability to recover its shape and is not longer usable for support or comfort. It displaces completely and is almost completely flat when I sit on it. I am 6'5" and weigh 113kg.

J'ai acheté ce coussin pour des problème de dos liée à l'assise, douleurs lombaires et au niveau de coccyx. Très confortable et peu encombrant, je l'emmène partout avec moi. Je le recommande, excellent rapport qualité, prix en plus.
